Audrey
Audrey Nelson, Ph.D.,  is an internationally recognized trainer, key-note speaker, author and consultant who helps organizations increase their productivity and profitability through winning communication strategies.  Dr. Nelson's professional background includes teaching in the Department of Communication at the University of Colorado, Boulder, and 35 years as a consultant and trainer for a wide variety of government and Fortune 50 companies. Among them are Price Waterhouse, Cargill, AT&T, Honeywell, Hewlett-Packard, IBM, Upjohn Pharmaceuticals, Pentax, the U.S. Marine Corps, the U.S. Forest Service, and the U.S. Department of Justice. She holds a B.A., an M.A., and a Ph.D. in communication and conducted post-doctorate work at Warnborough College, Oxford, England.  Her book You Don't Say: Navigating Nonverbal Communication between the Sexes (Prentice Hall, 2004) has been published in six languages.

Claire Damken Brown, Ph.D., founder and president of Damken Brown and Associates, Inc., is an engaging speaker, consultant, and leader specializing in diversity and equal employment opportunity strategies, gender communication, cultural competency, sexual harassment prevention, and conflict resolution. She has 25 years of experience in Fortune 50 companies, directing organizations, designing policies, integrating strategies, investigating discrimination cases globally, and training professionals. Her doctorate focused on male/female workplace communication. She’s an adjunct professor at Metropolitan State College teaching courses such as Workforce Diversity and Human Resource Management. She enjoys consulting nationally with corporations and communities to build inclusive leadership skills and harassment-free work environments. Dr. Brown is co-author of the book Conflict and Diversity (Hampton Press, 1997).
